Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love our Acadican-based merch. If there is a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility:
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. This includes items that may be opened/slightly used, are the wrong size, or arrive broken, misprinted, or are otherwise defective.

Exception: Items ordered between Nov 1 and December 25 have an extended return window up until Jan 31 of the following year.

What to do:

  1. Email us at support@acadican.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. If it’s a defect, please provide a photo that shows the defect in the item.

  3. We’ll review your request and, if approved, shipping instructions for the item’s exchange or refund will be emailed to you. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item at Acadican Tutoring.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is not provided for returns and exchanges, but once we receive the item, a replacement is shipped to you for free; original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
