Hi. I’m Brian Leppert. I’m a 12-year resident of Snoqualmie. I grew up in the midwest, and after a lot of living around the country, I’ve found my home here in the Valley.

I’m also a father to three amazing people — our oldest is in college, majoring in film. My younger daughter and son are in Timber Ridge Elementary and filling every moment of our lives with their frenetic curiosity.

I believe every student can excel with the right support. I’m a Ph.D. scientist in molecular biology, and I have taught my kids and trained many budding scientists along the way. After an enjoyable career advancing drug development in the biotech industry, I wanted to return to my roots and bring both real-world expertise and a personalized approach to help our students learn how to learn. I’ve experienced firsthand how mentors make a difference, and I’ve tried to give it back along the way. (It truly takes a village.)
