Hi. I’m Brian Leppert. I’m a 12-year resident of Snoqualmie. I grew up in the midwest, and after a lot of living around the country, I’ve found my home here in the Valley.

I’m also a father to three amazing people — our oldest is in college, majoring in film. My younger daughter and son are in Timber Ridge Elementary and filling every moment of our lives with their frenetic curiosity.

After an enjoyable career advancing drug development in the biotech industry, I wanted to bring both real-world expertise and a personalized approach to help our students learn. I believe every student can excel with the right support. I’m a Ph.D. scientist in molecular biology, and I have taught my kids and trained many budding scientists along the way. I’ve experienced firsthand how mentors make a difference, and I’ve tried to give it back along the way. (It truly takes a village.)
